Tot Spot Mini-Camps - Summer 2023
Hands-on exploration and interactive stories engage children as they learn about science, language, engineering, art, mathematics, and social skills.
Camps are children ages 3 to 6. Parents are welcome to drop off their children or wait outside the classroom while their children are enjoying camp.
Prices for 4 day camp: $85 Members / $95 General Public. 4-day camps run Tuesday – Friday either from 9:00 -11:00 a.m. OR 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Preregistration required; payment must accompany registration.

Cancellation policy: Refunds (less 10%) are available for camps when cancelled at least 10 days in advance. No refunds for partial attendance. Discovery Center reserves the right to cancel camps; in which case, a full refund will be issued.
Block by Block: June 20 - 23
Building block towers is so much fun, but what else can you make out of blocks? Join us as we explore all things blocks! Race cars made from blocks, make a floating block boat, and even paint with blocks.

Blast Off!: June 27 - 30
3, 2, 1, BLAST OFF! Discover the wonders of space with us through stories, art, and engineering. Launch rockets, practice moving like astronauts, and design and test a space rover.

What Can I Make With This?: July 11 - 14
Explore all things making as we use every day materials in new and different ways! Use your imagination and creativity to turn things like corks, tin foil, and paper plates into something totally new. What will you make? Please wear something that can get messy.

Fairy Tale STEM: July 18 - 21
Explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math through fairy tales! Create a castle out of cups, keep Humpty Dumpty safe when he falls, and construct a house strong enough to survive the big, bad wolf.

Move It, Move It: August 1 - 4
Zoom in to explore movement and how to make things go, go, go! Construct ramps and explore angles, play with parachutes, and spin paint around to create art.

Splish Splash: August 8 - 11
Splash on in and explore water in all its forms! Paint with ice, make a muddy mess, and get ready to get wet as we play and create using water. Please wear something that can get messy and wet.
