On a Terrific Tuesday field trip, your students will participate in themed classes with Discovery Center Museum, Rockford Art Museum, and Rockford Dance Company. This immersive and diverse educational experience will engage their bodies and minds in science, art, and movement.

Terrific Tuesday basic field trips can accommodate up
to 75 students and do not include museum tours.
Choose from two themes:
Splish, Splash
Flow like water, drip like a drop, make a splash with art, and explore the properties of this amazing fluid.
Color and Light
Turn everything rainbow with special glasses, make a color viewer, and put a rainbow in your pocket. Move like a color and explore the science and art and movement of color and light.
Terrific Tuesday Special Options
To accommodate groups larger than 75 students, or to simply add more fun to your experience, consider these Special Options:
- Discovery Center Museum tour - $3 per student
- Rockford Symphony Orchestra - $3 per student
- Rockford Art Museum tour - $2 per student
- Discovery Center Planetarium show - $1 per student

Partial funding for schools in Winnebago County may be available through the Rockford Area Arts Council. Grant application deadline is Jan. 15, 2008.
