Tot Spot Classes are designed to stimulate pre-school minds and encourage creative thinking through a combination of art, stories, movement and music. New Tot Spot classes are offered throughout the year, so check back frequently!

Tot Spot classes are designed for children ages 2 through 6. Children age 2 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No older siblings, please. Advanced registration and payments are required for participation in all Tot Spot classes.

Please note that admission to and exploration of Discovery Center Museum itself are separate from the Tot Spot classes.

Something Fishy

Get filled up to the gills with fish facts as we share fishy tales then fashion a trout with scales and fins. Finally, cast a line into a delicious fish-filled lake for a yummy snack!

Calling all gardeners! Learn how to care for your own little garden. We will plant a small garden to take home as well as make a tasty vegetable treat to enjoy while you are here!

Red, White & Blue

Wacky Watermelons

Toy & Tool Time

Bring your favorite toy to this Discovery Center class and tell us about it. Discovery how toys are made and then explore the ways tools are used as we build a toy to take home. Finish by “building” a yummy snack!

Under the Sea Mini-Camp

Dive in and have a whale of a time as you explore sea shells, hermit crabs, sea turtles, dolphins and many more in this special summer mini-camp. There will be plenty of music, movement, art & snacks as we learn about the wonderful and mysterious creatures under the sea.
